Google said to be working on mid-range Pixel smartphone with Snapdragon 710


Google usually launches Pixel phones in October, and this year too we will see new Pixel branded phones dubbed Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. Surprinsgly, according to Roland Quandt‏, Google is said to be working on a mid-range Pixel phone that it will launch in May of 2019 and it will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710.

Furthermore, Google said to be started working on this project just a month ago, so nothing has been revealed yet except for the CPU. Going back in time, it is reported that Google is said to be working on a low-cost Pixel phone that is especially aimed at the Indian market. This could be the same device back in the news again. No further specifications were revealed just yet, but we might learn more details as we move forward.

As for the upcoming Pixel phones, Google is reportedly in talks with Foxconn for Pixel 3, and Pixel 3 XL and these flagships could go official in September.
