Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro Android 7.1.1 Nougat update starts rolling out in India

Samsung is rolling out Android 7.1.1 Nougat update for the Galaxy C9 Pro in India. The Nougat update brings Experience 8.5 galaxy interface and all the functionalities that Android Nougat features. 

The Experience 8.5 brings a lot of features including a refreshed new look of the Samsung’s TouchWiz, integration of Samsung’s Cloud, a revamped Device Manager application, new theme store and shutter button zooming for the Camera. It is also a lot smoother than the Experience 8.1 which was debuted on the Galaxy S8.

The Android 7.1.1 Nougat brings features like more efficient notification controls and improved data saver and battery features. It also updates the Android security patches to the latest October, and it brings contextual menu for app shortcuts on homescreen when pressed the app icon hard.

The Android 7.1.1 Nougat update for the Galaxy C9 Pro has just started rolling out and might take sometime before it reaches you. You can head to Settings, select About Device, then tap Download Updates Manually to check if you have received the update or not.
