      Same for me…

Been checking regularly since release, and put date forward, but nada!!!

What are the requirements for getting the update?

I read somewhere that Orange send a text to you when you can have the update…

Just found this (bloody Orange) -

Having trouble downloading Froyo? You should first check which version of Eclair (2.1) is on your Desire. If you are running version number 1.22.61.1 then you can update your device to Android 2.2 (build 2.17.61.2). You can manually download this update as follows: From homescreen – Menu Key > Settings > About phone > System software updates > Check now. The update might not appear straight away due to the amount of traffic on HTC’s servers. If you are running software version number 1.15.61.10 then HTC has recently advised you will first need to update your devices to 1.22.61.1. HTC will be making the 1.22.61.1 update available early next week. Once you have updated to 1.22.61.1, you will then be bale to update to 2.17.61.2.
