OnePlus might release a Midnight Black color variant of the OnePlus 3T smartphone soon, according to rumors. Android Police’s David Ruddock hinted that OnePlus could have a dark announcement some time soon. He also said that it might even be as Black as Midnight. In reply OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei replied with GIF of wolves in a black background.

Yesterday @evleaks aka Evan Blass shared a wallpaper of a black or lava wallpaper from a OnePlus smartphone. The wallpaper is available in the latest Android 7.1.1 OxygenOS Open Beta that was released last week but @evleaks says that it’s not just the wallpaper. All these hint at a new color variant of the smartphone, which will possibly be called the Midnight Black or it might be a wallpaper for the next OnePlus flagship with a 1080p display.
OnePlus 3T comes in new Gunmetal color instead of Graphite on the OnePlus 3. It also comes in Soft Gold color version. We will have to wait for few more days to find out what OnePlus has to offer.
