Microsoft has released a new Windows 10 Build 10074 after a week of the last release and 30 days after the previous release. The latest build 10074 is available to both the Fast and Slow ring for Windows Insiders so people will be able to download the ISO for this version.
The preview builds have been renamed and are no longer named Technical Previews as they are now Insider Previews.The latest release brings back the Aero Glass elements in the UI that includes new glass-effect translucent Start menu instead of the simple translucency used in older builds.
Microsoft has made a bunch of UX improvements with the addition of new Live Tile animation for Start along with some performance and stability improvements for Live Tiles. A new set of sounds has also been and even Cortana improvements such as weather, finance, dictionary, calculator, reference etc and more have been made.
