Bharti Airtel, recently announced the launch of Family Tunes. India’s first ever caller tune service for all its fixed line customers across the country.
Using Airtel’s Family Tunes a subscriber can now have a customized pre recorded welcome message from its library of 1000 common family names to greet their callers instead of the usual boring dial tones.
Mr. Vikas Singh, CMO, Telemedia Services, Bharti Airtel said, “For most homes today in the country, the Fixed Line remains irreplaceable as the family phone, distinct from the personal mobile phones of each member of the family. Having a Welcome Message customized with their own Family Name will help our customers to enhance the calling experience and make the most of their home phone.”
To Subscribe to this service, just dial 5432151 from your Airtel Fixed Line Phone. You will be charged a one time download fee of Rs. 15 for a Family Tune and a recurring Monthly Hello Tune Subscription Fee of Rs. 30 per month, which would be bundled with your monthly bill.
