The Spice Smart Flo Mettle 4X (Mi-426), a budget smartphone went on sale few weeks back, now the Spice Smart Flo Mettle 3.5X (Mi-356) is available from Saholic. It has a 3.5-inch (480 x 320 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 1 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean).
