Samsung has launched a new variant of their object location tracking device, called the Galaxy SmartTag+. This new version features both Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and ultra-wideband (UWB) technology, which allows users to find their misplaced/lost objects with the help of AR.

Along with the Galaxy S21 series and the Galaxy Buds Pro, Samsung also announced the launch of the Galaxy SmartTag at its Galaxy Unpacked 2021 event. The small device is essentially Bluetooth-enabled location tracker that is battery powered and can be used to track small objects like keyrings, etc., similar to Tile trackers.
