Samsung unveiled the first Windows Phone 8 device, ATIV S at IFA Berlin in August but didn’t reveal the availability or the pricing at that time. Now, UK’s online retailer Clove has announced that it is now availalble for pre-order with them and would ship at the end of this month. The Samsung ATIV S packs in a 4.8 inch HD Super AMOLED display and is powered by a 1.5 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. Samsung has announced ATIV S, the first device to run Windows Phone 8 OS. It has a 4.8 inch HD Super AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass protection and is powered by 1.5 GHz dual-core processor. It comes with an 8 Megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and 1.9 Megapixel front-facing camera. It can record and play Full HD videos at 1080p. It is 8.7 mm thick and weighs 135 grams. It has brushed aluminum body and a physical Windows button at the bottom instead of capacitive one.
