Gionee India has announced that they have pushed a new Over-The-Air update for the Gionee Marathon M3 and Pioneer P6 smartphones. Update for P6 fixes the green shade and hanging issue while using whatsapp. It also gets notification management system, new lock screen widget for privacy issues and more. Gionee has officially launched the Marathon M3 smartphone in the Marathon series with a 5000mAh battery. It went on sale online in India few days back and packs a 5-inch HD display, powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat).
