Datawind, the company behind the low-cost Aakash tablets launched 4 new 7-inch tablets including the UbiSlate 7C+ back in September 2012. Now the new UbiSlate 7C+ Edge is on sale exclusively from online retailer Snapdeal.com. The UbiSlate 7C+ has a SIM card slot with GPRS support, but the new UbiSlate 7C+ Edge comes with EDGE support. Other features are similar including a 7-inch (800 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display and Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich).
