OPPO has officially expanded its mid-range portfolio in India with the launch of the OPPO K14 Plus 5G, as it had announced. Aimed at power users seeking long-term endurance, the smartphone brings a massive 8000mAh battery, a 144Hz 1.5K AMOLED panel, and comprehensive all-weather protection certified up to IP69K.

At the core of the K14 Plus is the MediaTek Dimensity 7360 MAX processor, manufactured on a 4nm process. According to manufacturer metrics, the chip provides up to a 30% uplift in multi-core CPU capabilities and a 35% boost in graphics performance over previous-generation Dimensity silicon. Benchmark testing conducted by the company on the 8GB + 256GB variant recorded an AnTuTu V12 score surpassing one million points.
The handset utilizes LPDDR4X RAM paired with UFS 3.1 onboard storage, supporting virtual RAM expansion of up to 16GB on the 8GB models. Thermal management is handled by a 5,000mm² vapor chamber—up from 3,900mm² on the K14—paired with a 19,989mm² graphite dissipation layer.
Battery Architecture and Durability Standards
A primary focal point of the device is its 8,000mAh battery, supporting 45W SUPERVOOC wired charging. The battery cell is rated to maintain at least 80% of its initial capacity after 1,800 charge cycles, which the manufacturer states equates to roughly six years of daily charging cycles.
