The itel Tough joins the brand’s INNO Series, which previously saw the debut of the itel Aqua, an IP67-rated feature phone. According to recent survey data from CyberMedia Research (CMR), itel ranked as a prominent choice for durability in the feature phone segment, with 91% of respondents citing strong brand trust in build quality.
itel supports the device through its nationwide network of more than 1.3 lakh retail outlets and over 1,000 authorized service centers across India. The model is also backed by the company’s standard 1-year counter replacement guarantee covering eligible manufacturing defects.

The itel Tough is now available in three color variants—Deep Blue, Red, and Black—and can be purchased at retail stores across India for Rs. 1,499.
