
ASUS announced a one-day free service camp in New Delhi on January 31 under its ASUS Assurance after-sales programme. The initiative is aimed at providing service support, device protection, and technical assistance across different stages of device usage, while aligning with ASUS’ 4A after-sales framework and building on similar service camps previously held in Pune, Bhilwara, Hazaribagh, and Shillong.
ASUS Service Camp
The service camp will offer technical support, device health check-ups, and usage guidance focused on maintaining system performance and extending device lifespan. These services are intended to help users identify potential issues early and manage routine device care more effectively.

During the camp, ASUS engineers and members of the Regional Service Leadership team will provide complimentary services such as thermal condition assessments, dust-related maintenance to reduce overheating risks, storage diagnostics, and combined software and hardware checks. Assistance will also be provided for the setup and use of the MyASUS self-test application.
In addition to technical servicing, the camp will emphasise preventive care and user awareness through guidance on device handling, software optimisation, and maintenance practices. Participants will also receive information on ASUS service initiatives, with souvenirs provided to attendees.
