Milagrow has launched the Window Seagull 25, a robotic window cleaner designed for framed and frameless glass and other smooth surfaces such as tiles, marble, concrete, linoleum and wood. The device is intended to reduce manual window cleaning for homes, offices and high-rise buildings where exterior glass areas are difficult to reach, the company noted.
The Window Seagull 25 uses AI Path Planning to navigate in N, Z and N+Z movement patterns with 360-degree mobility to cover large panes, corners and edges without manual support. Its cleaning system combines a Dual Nozzle water spray mechanism with a three-stage sequence that wipes, mops and wipes again to minimise streaks, supported by a 4-sided microfiber mop suitable for delicate materials.
High-precision coupler sensors detect frames and identify frameless edges to adjust movement in real time and prevent drops. A 3000Pa suction module keeps the robot attached during vertical cleaning and can support up to 7kg while covering heights up to 25 feet.
A safety rope is provided for high-rise use, the robot returns automatically to its starting point after cleaning, and control is available via the SmartLife app with multiple Indian languages or the included full-function handheld remote.
