realme is set to unveil its 15 Series in India in the coming week. Ahead of the launch, the company has shared details about the camera setup, including a triple-lens system, 4K video recording on both sides, and a set of AI-powered editing features.
Triple 50MP Rear Cameras
The realme 15 Pro will include a triple 50MP rear camera setup, with the main camera using the Sony IMX896 sensor and optical image stabilization (OIS) for better image steadiness. This is accompanied by:
- An ultra-wide lens for capturing wider scenes
- A high-resolution front-facing camera for selfies and video calls
According to the company, the camera arrangement is designed to function across a range of lighting and framing scenarios, from low-light portraits to wide landscape shots.
4K 60FPS Video Recording
The device supports 4K video recording at 60 frames per second on both front and rear cameras. The system also includes:
- 4x digital zoom with improved clarity
- 2x smoother frame transitions for motion handling
AI-powered Camera Tools
The camera interface integrates several AI functions:
- MagicGlow 2.0 adjusts skin tones and lighting in portraits
- Party Mode adds filters, lighting effects, and frames based on scene detection
- Edit Genie, a voice-based editing assistant, supports over 20 languages and can perform tasks such as background changes, glare correction, and applying visual effects using voice input
