itel has expanded its affordable smartphone lineup in India with the new itel City 100. Measuring 7.65mm thick, the phone’s unibody design comes with IP64-rated protection against water and dust.
It offers a 6.75-inch HD+ IPS screen with 90Hz refresh rate, 700 nits brightness, and 83% NTSC color range. The Dynamic Bar 2.0 feature enables face unlock, call notifications, and battery alerts. Powered by an octa-core Unisoc T7250 processor, the phone comes with 4GB RAM (expandable to 12GB with virtual RAM) and 128GB storage.
The company says it is optimized for up to 60 months of smooth usage. It features a 5200mAh battery with 18W fast charging via USB-C. Other specs include a 13MP rear camera, 8MP selfie camera, side fingerprint sensor, IR blaster, and dual-band Wi-Fi.
The device runs on Android 14 and includes the Aivana 3.0 AI assistant. Features include two-finger text extraction, image-to-Word/PDF/Excel conversion, AI-assisted writing and editing, auto-generated scanned documents, and address navigation from emails.

The brand offers a free screen replacement within the first 100 days, along with a limited-time magnetic speaker valued at Rs. 2,999.
