HMD SKYLINE 2 GT and SKYLINE 2 with 6.55″ 144Hz pOLED display, Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 / 7s Gen 3 surfaces


HMD Global introduced the HMD SKYLINE last year. Now the specifications of the HMD SKYLINE 2 has surfaced along with the new SKYLINE 2 GT model.

The SKYLINE 2 is said to get a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC an upgrade to the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 in the first SKYLINE model, and the SKYLINE GT 2 is said to be powered by a faster Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, even though Qualcomm has introduced the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC.

The phones are said to get a 108MP main camera with OIS, 50MP telephoto camera and a 50MP front camera. The SKYLINE 2 is said to retain the 13MP ultra-wide camera, while the SKYLINE GT 2 is said to pack a 50MP ultra-wide camera. These are said to get a bigger 5000mAh battery.

The phones will retain Gen2 Repairability; that enables at-home, user-friendly repairs on your smartphone by simply turning one screw to pop open the back cover using a screwdriver and guitar pick.
