boAt has partnered with Google to launch the #boAtGeminiChallenge, a competition inviting creators and students across India to develop advertisements using Google’s Gemini AI models. The challenge encourages participants to create ads that illustrate the integration of boAt products into daily Indian life.
This first-of-its-kind campaign is set to roll out in two exciting phases from 8th October 2025 and will accept submissions till 14th October 2025.
- Phase 1, the Nano Banana Print Ad Challenge, requires participants to design print advertisements. Creators will use Gemini 2.5 Flash (Nano Banana), Google’s AI image editing tool within the Gemini app, to combine boAt product images with various features and lifestyle themes. Participants can work with specific product-feature combinations, such as Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) in headphones, heavy bass in speakers, or fitness tracking in smartwatches.
- Phase 2, the VEO 3 Video Ad Challenge, will task creators with producing video advertisements. This phase will utilize Google’s generative video model, Veo 3, to create short films showing boAt products being used by young Indians in different settings.
The total prize pool for the challenge is valued at ₹10 lakh, with ₹5 lakh allocated to each phase. Winners will also receive boAt products, Google Gemini subscriptions, and other rewards.
The winners for Phase 1 are scheduled to be announced on October 15, 2025.
