Acer Gadget, a part of Acer Inc., unveiled two new products at COMPUTEX 2025: the Acer FreeSense Ring and the Acer AI TransBuds. At the event, the company also introduced the Acer Iconia Tab V12 and V11.
Acer FreeSense Ring
The Acer FreeSense Ring is a lightweight health monitoring ring made from titanium alloy. It measures key health metrics such as heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen levels, and sleep quality. This data is processed through a mobile app that provides personalized health insights and suggestions.
The ring supports continuous tracking and sleep stage analysis. Importantly, users can access all health data without needing any subscription. The ring aims to promote daily health awareness and proactive management.

Acer AI TransBuds
According to the company, the Acer AI TransBuds feature a compact design and provide real-time voice translation. When connected to a smartphone or tablet via a plug-in receiver, they enable two-way translation using AI-powered speech recognition and semantic analysis.
Only one person needs to wear the earbuds for effective communication, useful in casual talks, meetings, livestreams, or online learning. The company added that the earbuds support live captioning and transcription, making it easier to follow and revisit conversations, with compatibility for 15 major languages spoken across Asia, the Americas, and Europe.
