OPPO just launched the OPPO K13 5G, the company’s latest smartphone in the K series in India, as it had promised. The phone packs a 6.67-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED flat screen with up to 1200 nits global peak brightness, is powered by Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 SoC with 8GB of RAM.
The phone has 5700mm² Vapor Chamber and a 6000mm² graphite sheet for cooling. It has a 50MP rear camera along with a 2MP secondary portrait sensor, and AI features such as AI clarity enhancer, AI unblur, AI reflection remover and AI eraser. Other features include stereo speakers, and IR blaster.
The phone runs Android 15 with ColorOS 15 on the top and will get 2 OS updates and 3 years of security updates. It has game-exclusive antenna layout designed to prevent signal drop when holding the phone horizontally, the OPPO’s AI LinkBoost 2.0 uses a 360° annular-ring antenna system combined with intelligent network switching to maintain strong connectivity even in traditionally weak-signal areas like basements, elevators, or crowded public spaces.
The Prism Black has a design theme of fragment cyber-style is adopted; Incorporate metallic feeling, fragment geometry and interlaced light and shadow into the appearance; Simple visual effects, full of competitive futuristic feeling. The Icy Purple is inspired by glaciers that appear a faint purple color when compressed to extreme, the rhombic textures are more like the floating ices.
It packs a huge, 7000mAh graphite battery with 80W SuperVOOC charging and lets you charge the phone up to 62% in 30 minutes. OPPO says that it will retain performance for up to five years. The battery will have a battery capacity retention rate of more than 80% after 5 years of use, said the company.

The OPPO K13 5G is priced at Rs. 17,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model and the 8GB + 256GB model costs Rs. 19,999.
It will be available from Flipkart, OPPO India online store and offline stores starting from April 25th.
