Dell Copilot+ PCs XPS 13, Inspiron 14 / 14 Plus and Latitude 7455 / 5455 with Snapdragon X Elite and Snapdragon X Plus processors announced


Dell has introduced a new range of AI-powered PCs. These include the XPS 13 (9345), Inspiron 14, Inspiron 14 Plus, Latitude 7455, and Latitude 5455.

They are equipped with Snapdragon X Elite and Snapdragon X Plus processors, along with Qualcomm Adreno GPU and Qualcomm Hexagon NPU. The Copilot+ PC features include Recall, Cocreator, Live Captions, Windows Studio effects, and Auto Super Resolution.

Dell XPS 13 (9345)

The new XPS 13 runs on a midrange 12-core Snapdragon X Elite processor with Dual Core Boost. There’s also a 10-core X Plus version available in China. It supports up to 64GB of memory and up to 2TB of PCIe SSD storage (with a 4TB option post-launch).

The XPS 13 offers three display choices: a bright 1920 x 1200 non-touch IPS display with 120Hz refresh rate, a touch-enabled 2560 x 1600 IPS display with HDR and 120Hz refresh rate, and an OLED touch display with HDR, boasting 2880 x 1800 resolution at 60Hz.

All configurations come with a 1080p webcam supporting Windows Hello and USB4 Type-C with DisplayPort 2.1 and Power Delivery. The OLED version is slightly thinner at 0.58 inches compared to 0.60 inches for the IPS versions, with a weight of 1.17kg.

It features a 55Whr battery with a 60W USB-C adapter, supports ExpressCharge 1.0, x2 Digital Array Microphones, Qualcomm Fluence Quad-speaker design with Dolby Atmos support, Qualcomm FastConnect 7800 Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and runs on Windows 11 Home / Pro.

Inspiron 14 Plus (7441)

The Inspiron 14 Plus (7441) is powered by a 10-core Snapdragon X Plus processor with 16GB of memory and 512GB / 1TB M.2 SSD storage options. It features a 14-inch 2560 x 1600 IPS touch QHD+ display with a 1080p Windows Hello webcam.

Ports include two USB4 Type-C, one USB-A 3.2, one microSD card reader, and a headset jack. It has a 54Whr battery with a 65W USB-C adapter, weighing around 1.43kg and 0.58 inches thick.

Other features include Quad speakers, FHD IR Webcam with dual mic, Energy Star 8.0 (Windows OS only), EPEAT Gold Registry, Fingerprint Reader with Windows Hello (Optional), Webcam privacy shutter, Hardware TPM with Pluton, and runs on Windows 11 Home / Pro.

Inspiron 14

The Inspiron 14 is powered by Snapdragon X Plus and features voice commands and a mechanical privacy shutter. Full specs are not available yet as it will be launched in the coming months.

Dell Latitude 7455 and Latitude 5455

Both Latitude models come with Snapdragon X Elite and X Plus chip options. The Latitude 7455 supports up to 32GB of memory and up to 1TB of M.2 2230 SSD storage.

It includes two USB4 Type-C ports, one USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port, microSD slot, audio jack, Windows Hello webcam, and optional fingerprint reader. It also offers Qualcomm FastConnect Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth v5.4, and an optional external uSIM card tray for 5G connectivity.

Featuring a 14-inch 2650 x 1600 IPS touch QHD+ display, it weighs 1.43kg and is 0.67 inches thick. Equipped with a 54Whr battery and a 65W USB-C adapter, it supports ExpressCharge 1.0.

The device boasts x2 top and x2 bottom firing speakers with Qualcomm Aqstic Speaker Max technology, x2 noise-canceling microphones, and a spill-resistant backlit keyboard. It operates on Windows 11 ARM Home / Windows 11 ARM Pro.

Latitude 5455 offers a 16:10 FHD+ display and dual speakers with multiple layers of hardware and firmware security features. Full specifications are not available yet.

Pricing and Availability

Dell is currently offering pre-orders at Dell.com with the following pricing:

  • Dell XPS 13 comes in Graphite and Platinum, priced at USD 1299 (Rs. 1,08,195 approx.).
  • Dell Inspiron 14 Plus comes in Ice Blue, priced at USD 1099 (Rs. 91,535 approx.).

Meanwhile, the Latitude 7455, Latitude 5455, and Inspiron 14 will become available in the upcoming months.
