Lenovo launches new Legion Slim laptops, providing gamers with the latest technology. The company also introduces the Lenovo LOQ Gaming Laptops, a sub-brand designed for new gamers looking for powerful and future-proof PCs.
In addition to these, Lenovo also introduced new Laptops and Chromebooks at the MWC 2023, last month.
Lenovo Legion Slim 7i and 7 (16”, 8)
The new Lenovo Legion Slim 7 laptops come with Windows 11, up to a 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900H processor or an AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS processor, up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 GPU, and up to 32GB of DDR5 RAM. The 16-inch Lenovo PureSight gaming display offers options like WQXGA 240Hz VRR 500nit panel for speedy response times and a 3.2K 165Hz VRR 430nit panel for creators who require the highest resolutions and color gamut for their workflow.
Lenovo Legion’s ColdFront 5.0 advanced thermal system keeps the laptops cool even under heavy load with quad copper hybrid heat pipes, phase-change thermal compound, and a new air intake and 90-blade fan system. The onboard Lenovo LA AI chip dynamically tunes thermal performance to maximize framerates and minimize noise. The laptops have a 99.99Whr battery, Super Rapid Charge of 140W, and support Filogic 380 Wi-Fi 7 card by MediaTek.
The full-sized Lenovo Legion TrueStrike keyboard is customizable with interchangeable WASD keycaps and Lenovo Legion Spectrum per-key RGB lighting, and it is also available with a white backlight. The slim all-metal chassis is available in Storm Grey or Glacier White and weighs under 2kg (4.4lbs).

Lenovo Legion Slim 5i and 5 (16”, 8)
Available in 16-inch and 14-inch with an OLED panel, the Slim 5i has an Intel Core i7-13700H processor, while the Slim 5 has an AMD Ryzen 9 7840HS processor. Both models have an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU and Legion ColdFront 5.0 to prevent throttling.
The LA1 AI chip powers Lenovo AI Engine+ to optimize performance and minimize fan noise. The laptop chassis is as thin as 19.7mm/0.86in and can be configured with up to 32GB of, 5600Mhz DDR5 RAM. The 80Wh battery offers up to 8 hours of life and supports Super Rapid Charge of 140W, and the keyboard is customizable with replaceable keycaps and RGB lighting.

Lenovo LOQ gaming laptops
Lenovo LOQ gaming laptops offer a wide range of options for new gamers, including 15-inch or 16-inch screens, up to a 13th Gen Intel Core or AMD Ryzen 7000 Series CPU, and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU graphics. The MUX switch on NVIDIA GPU models allows for higher frames-per-second with reduced latency during gaming sessions and optimized battery life when not gaming.
The laptops feature up to four heat pipes, dual 85mm 12V high-speed fans, and extra-large air intakes and outlets to keep them cool and quiet. The displays offer up to 16-inch 350 nit 16:10 WQXGA 165Hz VRR, with support for NVIDIA G-SYNC. The Lenovo LA AI Chip powers Lenovo AI Engine+ for optimized in-game framerates, and the laptops offer up to 16GB 5600MHz DDR5 RAM and support up to 32GB storage. They also have two slots for RAM and two PCIe slots for expanded RAM and storage.
The 16-inch models have an 80Whr battery for up to 7 hours of battery life and support for Super Rapid Charge Pro, while the 15-inch models have a 60Whr battery for up to 6 hours of battery life and support for Super Rapid Charge. All laptops have a USB-C port that supports 140W charging.
They feature a full-sized signature Lenovo gaming keyboard with numpad, 100% anti-ghosting technology, and optional 4-zone RGB backlighting, housed in a tough polymer blue-accented Storm Grey chassis tested to MIL-STD 810H standards with the Lenovo LOQ logo on the lid.
