iQOO Neo 7 with Dimensity 9000+ to be announced on Oct 20

iQOO today confirmed the launch of iQOO Neo7, the company’s next mid-range ‘Neo series’ phone, as the successor to the Neo6 which was introduced earlier this year. The phone still has a camera part that houses triple cameras. The Orange colour variant has a leather-like finish on the back. We can also expect Black and Blue colours.

iQOO has confirmed up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. Based on rumours, this will be the first mid-range phone to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ processor. The iQOO Neo 6 had Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 in China, and the Indian version was launched with Snapdragon 870 SoC.

Earlier reports reveal a 6.78″ FHD+ 120Hz E5 AMOLED screen, in-display fingerprint scanner, 50MP IMX766V main camera that is present in the iQOO 8 Pro and Vivo X70 Pro. We can expect 8MP ultra-wide and a 2MP camera. The phone is said to pack a 5000mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging.

We should know more details about the phone in the coming days.
