Apple may launch iMac Pro and Mac Pro with Apple Silicon in 2023

Final cut Pro

Apple is expected to launch multiple hardware devices in 2022, according to earlier rumours. However, Ming-Chi Kuo, a popular Apple analyst, has predicted that an iMac Pro and a Mac Pro may not be one of them as they are expected to launch only in 2023.

In a tweet, Ming-Chi Kuo reveals his predictions which claim that Apple will launch an upgraded powerful Mac mini in 2022, along with an affordable 27-inch external display. The 27-inch display will not feature Mini-LED technology, however. For 2023, Ming-Chi Kuo expects Apple to refresh the high-end iMac Pro and Mac Pro with Apple Silicon.

While Ming-Chi Kuo’s claims can be assumed to be credible, another display analyst Ross Young has predicted that Apple will launch an iMac Pro in 2022 instead. These predictions are conflicting with each other, so it is possible that they are referencing two different iMac Pro models instead.

The 27-inch standalone display however is expected to launch in 2022, and may even be revealed in Apple’s upcoming “Peek Performance” event. Apple is expected to launch new iPhone SE 5G smartphone, new iPad Air and at least one new Mac.
