OnePlus Nord specs confirmed — 90Hz Fluid AMOLED display, up to 12GB RAM, quad rear cameras, OIS, 32MP + 105° dual front cameras

OnePlus is all set to launch its Nord smartphone in India in a few days. After confirming Snapdragon 765G SoC, quad rear cameras with OIS, and 105° ultra-wide front camera in addition to normal camera, the company has confirmed display and more camera specifications of the phone.

The phone will feature Fluid AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. It will pack up to 12 GB of RAM, and the company said that it will offer Fast and Smooth experience that’s been a part of its DNA.  It will come with a 32-megapixel front camera along with an additional 105° ultra-wide angle lens. The phone has an In-display fingerprint sensor, but lacks a 3.5mm audio jack.

“Both of Nord’s front-facing cameras come with algorithms that automatically leverage the power of AI and long exposure technology to brighten up selfies and reduce noise in low light. Nord’s also smart enough to detect when you have multiple people in a single shot and will ensure every face is clear and detailed, even those right at the back of a packed selfie,” said the company.

Coming to the rear cameras, the phone will feature 48MP rear camera with Sony IMX586 sensor, f/1.75 aperture and optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8 MP ultra-wide angle camera, a 5MP depth camera, and a macro sensor.

The company recently posted an image of the transparent Dbrand case in partnership with YouTuber Zack from JerryRigEverything which revealed a 4115mAh battery.

The OnePlus Nord went on pre-order in India recently on Amazon.in. We should know the price at the launch next Tuesday.
