Coming to the design, the realme X2 Pro is nothing short of premium. The metal sides and the glass on the front and back certainly feel solid enough. Both the front and rear are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The weight distribution is proper but slightly weighted towards the top. It measures 8.7mm in thickness and weighs around 199 grams. Due to glass build, it attracts fingerprints and smudges on both front and back. On the rear, Realme’s logo is placed in an awkward horizontal orientation near the camera module.

The realme X2 Pro packs a 6.5-inch (1080 x 2400) Full HD+ AMOLED 20:9 aspect ratio display translating to 402ppi. It supports the 90Hz refresh rate and has a waterdrop notch. The trimmed bezels on the sides give the device an impressive 91.7% screen-to-body ratio. The waterdrop notch houses a 16MP selfie shooter. You also get an in-display fingerprint scanner that unlocks in 0.23 seconds as per company claims.

Talking about button placement, power button, and SIM card slot sits on the right side of the frame. The volume rockers are located on the left side. The phone features a good old 3.5mm audio jack as well as a USB Type-C port. Those looking to expand the storage will be out of luck since the X2 Pro lacks a microSD card slot. Notably, it has a stereo speaker setup, as well.

On the back, we have a quad-camera setup stacked vertically.

  • Primary lens: 64MP with f/1.8 aperture (supporting native pixel-binning)
  • Telephoto lens: 13MP with f/2.5 aperture, support up to 2X optical zoom
  • Ultrawide angle lens: 8MP with f/2.2 aperture 115-degree field-of-view, 2.5cm macro
  • Depth sensor: 2MP

The device is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset Adreno 640 GPU clocked at 700MHz for the GPU-intensive tasks. It comes in 8GB/128GB and 12GB/256GB with UFS 3.0.

The realme X2 Pro is shipped with ColorOS 6.1 on top of Android 9 Pie. Since it lacks app drawer, swipes from left to right are the name of the game. The X2 Pro is powered by 4000 mAh with VOOC fast charging support. That means you can charge the device from 0% to 100% in 35 minutes.

The realme X2 Pro will be available in Lunar White and Neptune Blue exclusively on Flipkart starting at Rs. 29,999 for the 8GB + 128GB version.
