HP has unveiled Windows 10 powered Spectre x2, ENVY x360, and ENVY laptops at Cannes Film Festival. The company has refreshed its lineup for 2017.
The HP Spectre x2 sports 12.3 inch 3K2K (3000×2000) display with 6 million pixels. It has a 13MP rear camera, 5MP WDR wide-view front camera and an IR camera for logging in quickly and securely with Windows Hello. The laptop comes with a kickstand is designed to stand up to everyday use and has the ability to function flat up to 165° degrees, optimized for using Windows Ink.
It is made of CNC-machined aluminum chassis with an aluminum over plastic soft-covered keyboard. HP claims battery life of up to 8 hours and it comes with HP Fast Charge technology, allowing you to go from 0% battery life to 50% on a 30-minute charge.
Next up HP also announced HP ENVY 13 and ENVY 17 laptops that are made of metal chassis in natural silver and silk gold. It sports a UHD display providing over 8 million pixels, quad speakers and an HD WDR camera with wide viewing angles, creating and entertaining is a seamless transition. There is an optional HP Secure Pad with embedded fingerprint reader enabling Windows Hello for secure login. These laptops are powered by Intel Core-i3, Core-i5 and Core-i7 processors and come with an optional dedicated graphics from NVIDIA.
Lastly, HP also introduced premium convertible HP ENVY x360 with a 15 inch UHD IPS display. It is powered by Intel Core-i5 and Core i-7 and AMD A9, A12 and FX processors, with the ability to configure with up 16GB of DDR4 memory. The device features Windows Ink combined with N-tig stylus makes it easy to take notes.
