Nextbit has finally introduced the Ember color variant of the Robin smartphone, after teasing it earlier this month. This limited edition variant has a black back with bright red end caps.
The Nextbit Robin Ember variant is now available only in limited numbers through nextbit.com for $299. The company has promised that the new variant will go on sale India next week in limited numbers through Flipkart for Rs. 19,999.
Nextbit also announced that it is rolling a new software update for beta testers that will add support for backing up videos in smart storage so that old videos you took but don’t watch can be archived to create more space on the phone.
This update will be available for all along with the August update that will also include Android’s July security updates as well as improved thermal tuning to keep the phone cool.
