Xiaomi introduced its Square Box Bluetooth Speaker few months back. It recently introduced its successor as Mi Bluetooth speaker that comes with a built-in microphone and microSD card support. Check out the unboxing video of the Square Box Bluetooth Speaker.

Even though it is called Square Box Bluetooth Speaker, it is rectangular in size and measures 154.5 × 62 × 25.3mm. The box only has the speaker in Ivory color and the user manual, you don’t get a charger or the charging cable as a cost cutting measure. The speaker has a aluminium frame offering a solid feel. It uses Bluetooth 4.0 to connect to devices.
It has minimal design and comes only with a power button, LED light and a micro USB port (5V – up to 2A input) for charging. There is no volume adjustment buttons, so you have to use the phone, tablet or a laptop you connect to for volume adjustment. It packs a 1200mAh built-in battery that takes about 2 hours to charge fully and the company promises up to 10 hours of music playback on a single charge. It costs 99 yuan (US$ 16 / Rs. 1010 approx.) in China. Xiaomi did not reveal when it will come to India. We will bring you the review of the Bluetooth speakers soon.
