Sony also announced the Xperia Z5 Premium along with the Xperia Z5 at IFA 2015. We are live at the event and have brought you the hands-on first impression of the phone and now let’s take a look at the hardware and specs of the phone in this photo gallery.
The Xperia Z5 Pemium sports a 5.5-inch (3840×2160), 806 PPITriluminos display and is powered by a Snapdragon 810 chipset, which features Octa-Core CPU. Running Android 5.1 Lollipop, the phone comes with a 3GB of RAM and 32 GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded upto 200 GB via microSD card.
At the front it has a 5MP front camera Sony Exmor sensor and supports Full HD video. The Sony branding is present at the center along with usual set of ambient and proximity sensors. The earpiece is also situated at the top.
The right side of the phone has a power button that is integrated with a fingerprint scanner. The volume rockers and dedicated camera button are also present seen.
On the left side we can see SIM card and the micro SD card slot, under a flap.
The Xperia branding is also engraved on the lower left of the phone.
A 3.5mm audio jack is present on the top along with a microphone. The phone measures 154.4 x 76.0 x 7.8 mm and weighs 180 grams.
The micro USB port is present at the bottom.
The phone has a 23MP rear camera with Exmos RS sensor, 1/2.3″ sensor, f/2.0 sensor, G lens and 4K video recording.
The device has a frosted glass on the back along with Sony branding at the center and Xperia branding at the lower back. it has a 3,430mAh battery and connectivity options on the phone include 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11a / b / g / n / ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz) MIMO, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/ GLONASS, MHL 3.0, NFC. The Xperia Z5 comes in Chrome, Black and Gold color options.
