Motorola has started rolling out Android 5.1 Lollipop update to Moto E (2nd Gen) LTE. Some Moto E (XT1527) users have been receiving the update over the air in the United States.
The update which comes as build 23.11.15 weighs 258.8MB and brings a number of bug-fixes, select UI-tweaks, support for factory-reset protection, heads-up notifications, device protection, lockscreen, ART run-time performance enhancements, and usability improvements. Motorola announced the Moto E (2nd Gen) LTE in February this year and the device was launched in India last month for Rs 7,999.
