Google has launched its first app for Apple Watch. The company has rolled out News & Weather app for the Apple Watch that will allow users to access news instantly.
You can turn the digital crown to see headlines and images are seen however you will not be able to read full news stories on their wrist. As per other report, it looks like as for now the app is only showing news while weather information is not yet displayed on the Watch. Users can however save articles to Safari’s Reading List with a Force Click. Google News & Weather for Apple Watch also includes a Glance that will show you a headline, source, and timestamp for a post. Clicking on the headline will push you to the main Google News & Weather app for Apple Watch.
Finally, the Google News & Weather update brings “performance enhancements and stability improvements.” The latest move shows that Google will eventually launch more apps for Apple Watch in the future.
