RIM launched the BlackBerry Messenger 6 with social features recently. During the launch there were only few apps like Foursquare, Wikitude etc. that had support for BBM 6. Here are some of the latest apps and games that comes with the BlackBerry Messenger integration that would let you share an app or play a game and also chat with your BBM friends within the game and much more.
Apps and Games with BBM 6 Integration
- Cricket with Friends (BB OS 6.0 and higher) : Invite you BBM friends, challenge them to a game, chat with them in real time, get updates and get deeply engaged in matches.
- Battles on BBM (BB OS 5.0 and higher) : This is the battle between ships on the high seas that requires skill, strategy and some luck. You can invite your BBM friends to join in sink their fleet before yours is sunk
- Mundu Radio (BB OS 4.2.1 or higher) : It creates a personalized mobile radio experience, enabling users to listen to their choice of music genres and songs. This app now has BBM Integration to share with BBM users.
- asklaila Streetsmart (BB OS 4.2.1 or higher) : This app lets users to search, view and share local information from asklaila with their friends and family over BlackBerry Messenger instantly.
- Naukri (BB OS 4.3.0 or higher) : Search and apply for jobs and share with your BBM friends
- Mobiesta (BB OS 4.2.0 or higher) : This would let you find favorite restaurants, Shopping Malls, Music at the discos and Pubs, Movies and much more. Now you can also share the places with your BBM friends.
- Unvired Workflow for SAP (BB OS 4.6.0 or higher) : This app lets you Approve Purchase Orders, Download leave details and create leave requests directly from BlackBerry smartphones on SAP. This is integrated with the BBM and the Calendar.
- Nic Nac Noe : It is the Classic Tic Tac Toe game with Ninjas. Now you can challenge your BBM friends
Most of these apps are free of cost, Mundu Radio and Nic Nac Noe costs $0.99 each. You need to have BBM 6 and the particular app installed to access the BBM 6 features in the app.
