Apple is offering a look at new emojis that will arrive later this year for iOS, macOS and watchOS. The company has previewed new emojis on the occasion of World Emoji Day.
New emoji include woman with headscarf, bearded person and breastfeeding woman and food items such as sandwich, pie, dumpling and coconut. Also present are animals and mythical creatures like T-Rex, zebra, zombie, vampire and elf. Star-Struck, face vomiting, crazy face and exploding head smiley faces have also been added.
Last month, Unicode released version 10.0 of the Unicode Standard that offers a look at new emojis that are likely to be adopted by major vendors like Apple, Google, Samsung and Windows in near future.
