Samsung Galaxy Tab Spotted In The Wild

Samsung Galaxy Tab is expected to launch next month, but the guys at Electronista spotted the tablet in live testing in the hands of an anonymous telco worker at a train station in Sydney, Australia. The device had a 7 inch screen as well as 3G capabilities.


Samsung Galaxy Tab is expected to launch next month, but the guys at Electronista spotted the tablet in live testing in the hands of an anonymous telco worker at a train station in Sydney, Australia. The device had a 7 inch screen as well as 3G capabilities. The employee couldn’t provide complete details on the tablet, but the UI was very responsive and the device was running on 1GHz ARM processor.

When the employee was asked about the experience with the Samsung’s tablet, he replied that this device is “Awesome” and quite different from the Apple’s iPad. Samsung Galaxy Tab is expected to launch in September at an event in London and the device will be available on Vodafone in the UK on contract.
