NVIDIA introduces TITAN Xp for extreme users, to release Pascal drivers for macOS


NVIDIA TITAN Xp

NVIDIA has introduced  TITAN Xp, its latest top-end graphics card based on its latest Pascal architecture and is built on TSMC’s 16nm FinFET process. NVIDIA says that it will offer up to 3x faster performance than the Maxwell-based GTX Titan X. It still uses 250W power, comes in black color with similar heatsink design.

The company also announced that it will release new Pascal drivers for macOS the coming this month. This will give Mac users access to Pascal-powered NVIDIA GPUs for the first time.

The NVIDIA TITAN Xp costs $1,200 (Rs. 77,120 approx.), same as the launch price of last year’s TITAN X. It is already available for purchase through Nvidia.com in the U.S. and is expected to launch in other countries and as well as other OEMs soon.
