[UPDATE] – Xperia XZ has also started receiving the Android 7.0 Nougat update. Sony has started rolling out Android 7.0 Nougat update for Xperia X Performance. The stable build comes soon after the update was available in beta earlier this month.

Sony had confirmed last month that Xperia XZ and Xperia X will get Android Nougat 7.0. The firmware build number 39.2.A.0.327 is currently rolling to the Xperia X Performance (F8131) and X Performance Dual (F8132). The update is currently only rolling to select regions. The update brings new Android 7.0 features such as multi window support, long battery life, improved messaging app, smart home screen, new notification panel and more. Sony has also added new features such as manual shutter speed and ISO controls at the full 23MP resolution. Finally there is an addition of the STAMINA mode.

Sony said it will make Android 7.0, Nougat available for Xperia Z3+, Xperia Z4 Tablet, Xperia Z5, Xperia Z5 Compact, Xperia Z5 Premium, Xperia X, Xperia XA, Xperia XA Ultra and Xperia X Compact.
