Lava launches 365 days screen replacement offer for its smartphones and feature phones

Lava International today announced a special consumer offer for its customers ahead of this festive season. Under this offer, those who purchase a Lava mobile phone, either a feature phone or a smartphone between September 15, 2016 and November 15, 2016 will be entitled to avail a one-time mobile screen replacement.

“The offer is applicable only in case of any mobile screen breakage within 365 days from the date of purchase (6 months for Bond series), for purchases made during the offer period,” said Lava.

In case of mobile screen breakage, customers need to visit any Lav authorized service centre in person to avail this offer. Customers must possess original proof of purchase, identity proof and a valid contact number. For availing replacement of mobile screen under this offer, customers need to pay labor charges of Rs.250 for smartphones and Rs.150 for feature phones.

Lava says that it has over 1,25,000 retailers and 950 service centers, including remotest parts of country such as in Leh region as well in Andaman & Nicobar Island.
