WhatsApp has updated its beta app for Android to version 2.16.230 that brings option to send or forward messages to multiple recipients, including groups. Previously you can share content with only one user or a group at a time.
A recent beta update also brought option to forward or share content with 3 users you chat frequently and the recent chats are shown separately.
WhatsApp got call back and voicemail features last month, which are now available on the stable Android and iOS apps. It is expected to get GIF support, video calling, image annotation and several new features in coming months.
WhatsApp keeps testing new features in beta and gradually rolls out these features for others. Hope we can expected these new features to be available all the WhatsApp users on Android and iOS as well soon.
