Samsung Galaxy Note7 may sport 3600mAh battery, could be announced on August 2

Earlier this week popular tipster @evleaks revealed some important specs of the Samsung Galaxy Note7. Now, another leakster from Russia is offering some additional specs of the upcoming Note flagship from the company.

According to the leakster Eldar Murtazin (via), the Note7 will have a 3600mAh battery which is similar to the one present on the Galaxy S7 edge. Going forward he says Galaxy Note7 will be capable of pushing 20 hours of video at maximum brightness on a single charge. Earlier reports had said that the Note7 will sport a 4000mAh battery.

Murtazin corroborates earlier reports about the GalaxyNote 7 announcement and says it will be unveiled on August 2.

The Galaxy Note7 is said to sport a 5.7-inch QHD Super AMOLED display, 64GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, a 12-megapixel primary camera with dual-pixel phase-detection autofocus, a 5-megapixel secondary camera, and IP68 certification for water- and dust-resistance. It is also expected to come with an iris scanner.
