It comes with a red silicone sleeve with a tiny key ring so that you can carry is easily in your key chain. It has a reversible USB Type-C port on one end and a female micro USB 2.0 port on other end so that you can connect a micro USB cable to your OnePlus 2 smartphone for data transfer and charging.
This tiny adapter weighs just 16 grams. There is no change in the data transfer speed when using the adapter, compared to the USB Type-C cable. Sadly USB controllers didn’t work.
Since companies have just started to introduce OTG drives with USB Type-C, this adapter will also be useful for connecting your USB OTG drives. You need to enable the OTG storage option in the storage settings first to copy files to and from the OTG drive.
