Global PC shipments declined 21% year-over-year (YoY) to 57 million units in Q3 2026, according to preliminary data from Counterpoint Research. Shipments also fell 13.8% quarter-over-quarter (QoQ), as rising memory and other component costs pushed up PC prices and constrained demand.
