Sony IER-M500 wired in-ear monitor headphones with noise isolation launched in India

Sony has launched the IER-M500 in-ear monitor headphones in India for performers, audio enthusiasts and professional audio monitoring. The IER-M500 uses a completely sealed housing and optimized internal acoustic structure to reduce external noise. High sound-insulation ear tips further improve noise isolation, while Sony’s acoustic technologies and components are designed to reproduce low and high frequencies with clarity and detail.

Key features include:

  • Sealed housing and optimized internal acoustic structure
  • High sound-insulation ear tips
  • Sony fitting support for different ear shapes
  • Multiple ear tip sizes
  • Cable tested for repeated bending
  • Water-resistance testing for stage use
  • Dedicated carry pouch
  • Lightweight, compact cable clip with a rotating attachment point

The fitting support is designed to keep the earphones securely in place during movement and performances. The included cable clip helps secure the cable during movement and can be positioned at different angles. It also helps prevent the cable from hitting the body or instruments and creating unwanted noise.

The cable is designed and tested to withstand repeated bending while maintaining performance. The earphones also undergo Sony’s water-resistance testing for stage use.
