Hitman Sniper: The Shadows free-to-play action RPG released for Android and iOS

Hitman Sniper: The Shadows, the sequel to Square Enix’s mobile game, was released yesterday, as promised in February.  This is a sniping game set in a wholly original Hitman story. It focuses on events following the disappearance of Agent 47 and follows the story of a group of assassins called The Shadows within the hidden world of assassination, where a new criminal network threatens global stability.

As far as gameplay is concerned, you’ll have to shoot out the bad guys to achieve objectives. You’ll also have to get rid of your enemies and do other things like throw enemies into wood chippers or throw them off the top of a building. As a member of The Shadows, players must accept global tasks, use stealth to assassinate targets, compete in fierce competition, and establish their reputation as International Contract Agency (ICA) agents.

This action game is available to play on both Android and iOS  in many countries except China, South Korea, Japan, Belgium, and The Netherlands.

HITMAN SNIPER: THE SHADOWS Features:

  • Unique Characters: SixThe game features six sniper assassins, each with their own backstories, play styles, personalities, and abilities. This diversity provides players with more freedom and flexibility in how they approach the game and each contract. Each assassin is early enough in their careers to allow for a lot of room to grow, giving players the chance to evolve them into ICA agents.

  • New Locations with Challenges: The game introduces various locations, each with a unique vantage point and time of day, providing players with additional options and chances to destroy targets. Each place has its own set of objectives and develops into an exploration habitat, a different storytelling setting with its own set of obstacles.

  • Different Modes: Players are rewarded for creatively killing adversaries and utilizing the environment. ‘Campaign mode’ allows players to learn about and master targets while mastering skills. The game also has a ‘PvP mode’ where players compete for reputation. Contracts in this level require precision and creativity.
