Jio launches new Rs. 999 pre-paid plan with 3GB data per day, 84 days validity

Last week Reliance Jio launched a new Rs. 2399 yearly plan with 2GB data per day and new Work from Home add-on data packs. Today it has launched a new Rs. 999 plan with 3GB per data day and 84 days validity, which it calls Work-from-Home plan.

The plan offers free and unlimited voice calls from Jio to Jio and landline and 3,000 minutes of voice calls from Jio to other mobile and 100 SMSes / day. Along with this, the offer also gives complimentary subscription to JioApps.

The company already offers 28-day plan with the same 3GB data day benefits at Rs. 349, but the quarterly plan is slightly cheaper. It also offers 2GB/day at Rs. 599 and 1.5GB/day plan at Rs. 555, both with 84 days validity and similar calling and SMS benefits. Vodafone and Airtel doesn’t seem to have a 3GB/day AND 84 days validity.

“Ever since of lockdown, the need of high-speed data has increased, many people have started working from home and also have been looking for more entertainment. Considering the need, Jio came up with this new quarterly Work-from-Home plan,” said the company.
