HTC Desire 310 with 4.5-inch display, new design announced in China

The HTC Desire 310, the company’s latest budget phone with a MediaTek processor surfaced on the official website, back in January before it was taken down. Now the smartphone has appeared on HTC’s Chinese website with the model number 310w. This has a different design compared to the global variant of the smartphone. Other specifications are completely similar, including a 4.5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, 1.3 GHz Quad-core Mediatek MT6582M processor and Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). This was first spotted by ameblo.jp.

It has a 5-megapixel rear camera without flash and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera.  It also comes with dual SIM support with dual standby and has HTC BlinkFeed home screen.

The HTC Desire 310w comes in Black and White colors. It would head to the Chinese operator China Unicom, but no word on pricing or availability yet.
