Karbonn has officially launched their Karbonn Smart A21 and A9+ Android Smartphones under Duple Series. Both these smartphones showed up online last month. These are powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). The A21 has a 4.5-inch (540 x 960 pixels) qHD multi-touch capacitive touch screen, while the A9+ has a 4.0-inch (480 × 800 pixels) IPS display. Both these are Dual SIM smartphones.
These phones have a 5MP auto focus camera with burst mode and face detection and a 1.3MP front-facing camera, 512 MB RAM, expandable memory up to 32GB with micro SD, 3G (HSDPA 7.2Mbps), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth with A2DP and GPS. The A21 comes with a 1800 mAh battery, while the A9+ has a 1420 mAh battery.
The Karbonn Smart A21 is priced at Rs. 11990 (MRP) and the A9+ is priced at Rs.9990 (MRP). The MOP (Best Buy) price for the A21 and the A9+ would be as low as Rs. 10300 and Rs. 9000 respectively.
