Xiaomi has launched REDMI A7 and the A7 Pro, the company’s latest budget 4G smartphones in India, after the launch of REDMI A7 Pro 5G. The device focuses on hardware upgrades, including a larger battery, a high-refresh-rate display, and the integration of Xiaomi’s HyperOS 3.
Display and Design
The REDMI A7 is equipped with a 6.88-inch display, and the A7 Pro has a 6.9-inch screen. The screen supports a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and reaches a peak brightness of 600 nits (A7) / 800 nits (A7 Pro).

The battery is rated for 1,000 charging cycles, after which it is advertised to retain over 80% of its original capacity.
Software and AI Integration
The REDMI A7 Pro runs Xiaomi HyperOS 3 based on Android. This software integration brings several notable features to the entry-level device:

The REDMI A7 is priced at Rs.10,999 for the single 3GB + 64GB model.
The REDMI A7 Pro is priced at Rs. 11,499 for the single 4GB + 64GB model, which the company says is part of a limited-period offer.
The REDMI A7 and A7 Pro smartphones will be available from mi.com, Flipkart, and retail stores offline starting from April 24th.
