Reliance Jio has forged a strategic partnership with Plume, a US-based SaaS firm that is a pioneer in network services and consumer experiences. This collaboration aims to deliver cutting-edge smart home and small business services to Reliance Jio subscribers across India.
This partnership will deliver state-of-the-art services, through Plume’s highly scalable cloud platform, to approximately 200 million premises in India, says the company.
With this new partnership, Reliance Jio will introduce HomePass and WorkPass consumer services powered by Plume’s AI-driven cloud-based platform on both JioFiber and JioAirFiber.
These services include whole-home adaptive Wi-Fi, optimization of connected devices and application performance, cybersecurity for connected devices, advanced parental controls, Wi-Fi motion sensing, and more.
Moreover, the integration of Plume’s Haystack Support and Operations Suite will empower Reliance Jio’s customer support and operations teams with the means to effectively identify and rectify performance-related issues, pinpoint network faults, and closely monitor the overall customer experience.
